We are First-Generation Farmers With A Focus On Quality
After a combined 20+ years working within with His Majesty's Prison estate, we as a couple decided to start Jailhouse Farms to create a better way of life for ourselves and our children along with improving the welfare of the animals we rely on. Our name is a nod to our past, a reminder of where we met and where we have gotten to today.
Situated in Lincolnshire, we are proud first-generation farmers who are focused on producing premium quality honey, bee nucs and other bee products alongside high quality lamb. Our commitment to ethical agriculture and animal welfare ensures you receive trustworthy, natural products.
We are currently building up our breeding flock of sheep to bring to market in 2027 alongside preparing are bees for winter for spring and summer nucs in 2027.

Mill house apiary
Our apiary nestles in the grounds of an old mill house by River Slea where our busy bees gather wildflower nectar to produce our raw, unpasteurised, local honey.
